Are you passionate about the fundraising community? Serving on DER’s Board of Directors is a rewarding opportunity to give back, enhance your skills, and gain valuable board experience. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals committed to advancing our field and supporting the nonprofit sector.

As a board member, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding DER’s programs and ensuring the organization’s fiscal and operational health. Each board member contributes by serving on at least one committee—Programs, Membership, Marketing, or Governance—or by holding an Executive Committee position such as President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer.

The Board convenes on the second Monday evening of January, March, May, July, September, and November. While most meetings are held remotely via Zoom, two meetings per year are conducted in person.

We are currently seeking 2-3 dedicated individuals to join the Board, particularly those interested in serving on the Program, Membership, or Marketing committees.
