Assistant Membership Manager
At Oakland Zoo we know people need nature to thrive. After completing a $82MM capital campaign, and opening California Trail in July, strong growth in membership requires us to hire an assistant manager for our membership program. This position will support a successful membership program with the goal of stewarding and growing donor engagement and retention and cultivating member acquisition. You would assist in creating and implementing strategies and tactics to fulfill these goals. These strategies use direct mail, telemarketing, events, communication, and special events. This position upholds the mission and values that enable us to connect people to nature.
