Development Program Manager

Description

The Greenlining Institute seeks a highly reliable, independent, and results-driven Development Program Manager to help the organization meet its ambitious short-term and long-term growth targets. This position is responsible for maintaining and shepherding existing grant relationships and growing new grant prospects for a portfolio of programs. This role will provide strategic input and thought partnership for funder cultivation and narrative development to shepherd existing grant relationships and grow new grant prospects for a portfolio of programs. This role will work alongside a high-achieving team of Development professionals as well as our Equity Policy Teams to generate compelling grant proposals and substantive funding awards to carry out Greenlining’s vision and goals.
