Individual Giving and Stewardship Manager
The Individual Giving & Stewardship Manager is responsible for advancing a reimagined comprehensive annual fund program – the backbone of St. Anthony’s fundraising program — to broaden our organization’s donor base, build donor relationships and engagement in the organization, and increase overall financial support of the organization’s annual fund, which raises in excess of $5M annually. Responsibilities include oversight of a team of consultants to provide leadership in devising and managing a targeted, multi-approach direct mail program, email campaigns, analysis of donor data and gift trends, administering a new donor stewardship program, providing strategy and leadership for special giving days (i.e., #GivingTuesday), and promptly acknowledging all annual fund donations.
This position shares responsibilities in all fundraising efforts on behalf of St. Anthony’s in accordance with its Statement of Values and Strategic Plan initiatives. The Individual Giving & Stewardship Manager must demonstrate in their performance, adherence to established policies and procedures exhibiting the defined characteristics associated with attendance and punctuality.
This is a hybrid position but cannot be 100% remote.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 plus full benefits.
