Cook Silverman Search (Cook Silverman) is a retained search firm focused on senior executive positions for nonprofit organizations. Our client base represents a broad range of organizations, including independent schools, universities, conservation and environmental organizations, health care, social service, social justice, museums, science, animal welfare, faith-based organizations, and the arts.

We are looking for someone to fill in for our Search Administrator while she is on vacation from June 11th to August 12th. The responsibilities would be primarily administrative: scheduling meetings, client correspondence, and data management. The commitment is approximately 2 hours a day; the schedule is flexible. Someone with a background in fundraising/nonprofits and administration would be strongly preferred; strong tech skills (including the Google Suite) are mandatory. Hourly pay TBA ($15+). Training will be provided. This job is fully remote.
