Description
• Secure new, renewed, and increased funding from individuals via direct mail and digital strategies, and fundraising events
• Work closely with marketing on donor messaging, direct mail, and digital giving implementation, and analyzing data to enhance results
• Oversee strategy and implementation for Giving Tuesday and other giving days
• Collaborate with the Advancement team to establish benchmarks and regular reporting processes to measure the results of all annual fundraising activities
• Manage the timely data entry and acknowledgment of gifts, assuring all types of donations (checks, credit cards, pledges, matching gifts, planned gifts, foundation, and corporate grants) are properly documented
• Maintain proactive and creative donor stewardship
• Build and maintain positive relationships with individual donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders
• Attend community events to network and forge new connections
• Secure event sponsorships
- Work with CDO to identify new donors and build strategies for engaging and encouraging donors to give at higher levels
- Strategize conversion of in-kind donors to annual donors
- Lead team- and committee-based fundraising event planning
- Become fluent in Ritter Center’s general, program, and project-specific cases
- Collaborate cross-departmentally on Development activities
- Other development projects, as needed, in collaboration with the Development, Marketing, and Accounting Departments
Salary Range
$90,000-$100,000 Yr
