The Development Operations Coordinator will build, manage, and optimize systems to support our growing development and communications team and partnerships. This role leads development operations, including day-to-day team administration. This person also brings a critical process improvement orientation to our team, working to identify any gaps in how the development team collaborates to engage its portfolios of current and prospective funding partners, and to introduce creative solutions, in partnership with a consultant for technical support if needed. Finally, this role stewards the development and communication team’s intra- and inter-departmental collaboration, with the oversight of the department leader, Muso’s Chief Partnerships Officer. The Development Operations Coordinator provides an important anchor to our development and communications team as it and our partnerships continue to grow in the coming years, embedding exceptional administration, reliable service, and strategic systems capacity.
