Outward Bound California seeks an innovative and experienced human-oriented and systems-driven leader who believes in the power of outdoor education and who has the skills and expertise to advance the organization and its fundraising to the next level of sophistication and excellence.

The Director of Advancement will lead all aspects of Outward Bound California fundraising and external communications, and manages an experienced team of five. This includes a multi-year development strategy encompassing the Community Fund, a growing Major Gifts program, robust Institutional Giving program, and a Capital Campaign.
